We currently accept Payment by MasterCard, Visa credit card, personal check or cashier’s check only.
We only ask for payment from you after we have a signed rental agreement and conversation with the responsible guest by telephone. Before sending payment, confirm all reservations by calling Bill Port at 219-613-7527.

Cancellation Policy
A $1,000.00 cancellation fee shall apply for any booking cancelled more than 30 days in advance of scheduled arrival. A cancellation fee of full rental amount less cleaning fees and security deposits shall apply for any booking cancelled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. If Landlord is able to rebook home to a suitable, qualified tenant for an equal or greater rent, a maximum $500.00 cancellation fee shall apply. The balance of any verified deposits shall be returned to the tenant with 30 days. Total rental amount, sales tax, lodging tax, cleaning fee, traveler service fee, refundable security deposit, and other applicable charges stated herein shall be paid in full prior to 30 days of arrival, or this agreement may be cancelled by landlord with the forfeiture of any deposits made. Total rental amount, sales tax, lodging tax, cleaning fee, traveler service fees, refundable security deposit, and other applicable charges shall be held by the landlord until the arrival date and applied to the stay at the time of arrival. A 2.5% convenience charge shall apply to any payment made with a credit card or debit card unless paid through a vacation rental booking website. Landlord shall not be liable beyond the refund of the rental of any rental which is cancelled by the landlord because of Act of God, law failure to vacate, sale of property, or other circumstance whether within or beyond the landlord’s control.
